This is simply a test post to see what sort of resolution I can get out of a low-res Quicktime file. The animation was created in After Effects CS3 then rendered to a QT .mov file then uploaded to this post direct.
Blogger then re-encodes the video to mp4 for inclusion in the post.
Hi Terry, it's amazing what we can do with these blogs.
ReplyDeleteI'm learning a lot, I converted a video I had and posted iton my blog, the vid was too big before.
All these programs cost money, and then we have to learn how to use them. Good luck with your testing.

Hi Doug and Margaret.
ReplyDeleteSorry not around much at the moment. Too much to do and too little time to do it in (like everyone else). I'd like to have as much free time as I used to have, but things have changed quite a bit.
The software suite that I use (Adobe CS2 & 3, {I can't afford to update it all, but it's all recent anyway}) cost heaps, and you need to study, study, study all the time just to get a feeble idea of what you can do with it. If you get a chance, downlod this short (Qtime) movie:
SciFi
(Hope that link works the way I want!)
The movie was created by a very talented programmer: Serge Hamad: that writes tutorials for 'CreativeCow.net'. It was made using Adobe After Effects, some AE plugins and Adobe Illustrator. He's even added some mood music (beats my stuff. Oh well, I'm getting better though).
Has anyone heard from Jokester since he went OS???
