This is an amazing Optical Illusion

If you continue to focus on the cross in the center of the image you will notice that ...

the circle of violet circles will soon DISAPPEAR completely .. and you will see only a green spot.

    Hi Liz. The site that I got this from explained it all, but it was a while back now and I don't remember the exact details. It's to do with the way the brain processes the information from the eye. Note that the colour used is important. The other colour that replaces the violet is like an opposite to violet as far as the eye and brain are concerned.

    It truly is an amazing optical illusion isn't it!
